smoking in Buenos Aires
y'know, i just thought it was all the 'portenos' (Buenos Aires denizens), with their habitual european envy/emulation for smoking packs of cigarettes as fast as they slur their vernacular, but heard on the news earlier and confirmed online - its actually huge fires northwest of the city, which the government is blaming on the farmers for burning the grasslands.
